Thanks for the request for my military biography information.

I have attached a copy of my DD-214 for your review.

I entered the service on 18 May 1965.

I attended Basic Combat Training (BCT) and AIT at Fort Dix, NJ and upon completion volunteered for Airborne Training at Fort Benning, GA.

Upon completion of Basic Airborne Training I volunteered and was assigned to the U.S. Army JFK Special Warfare Center for Special Forces Training and upon successful completion was awarded the MOS of 05B2S.

From September 1966 - March 1967 I was assigned to 5th Special Forces Group (Abn.), Detachment A-102 Thien Phuoc, Vietnam.

From March 1967 - September 1967 I was assigned to the 5th Special Forces Group (Abn.), I Corps Mobile Guerilla Force, China Beach, Danang, Vietnam

From September 1967 to March 1968 I was assigned to B Company 3rd Special Forces Group (Abn.), Fort Brag, NC

From March 1968- September 1971, I was assigned to Detachment A-44 46th Special Forces Company (Abn.) Lop Buri Thailand.

From September 1971 - June 1975, I was assigned to the 10th Special Forces Group, (Abn.) Fort Devens, MA.

From June 1975 - May 1976, I was attending Spanish Language School, Presidio Monterey, CA

From July 1976 - July - 1980, I was assigned to the Detachment A-10 (Halo) B Company 3rd Bn. 7th Special Forces Group

From July 1980 - September 1984 I was assigned to the U.S, Army JFK Special Warfare Center, Director of Combat Development as a Signal Projects NCO

From September 1984 - September 1985 I was assigned to the Joint Special Operations Command, J6 Directorate as the J6 Operations NCO. This was my last assignment before retirement.
